Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Developer and Administrator for the OnBase Content Management System.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with both On-Premises and Cloud-based implementations of OnBase.
- Proficient in configuring, customizing, and optimizing OnBase workflows and solutions.
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages, such as C#, VB.NET, or Java.
- Experience with OnBase integrations and APIs.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the OnBase environment.
- Familiarity with best practices for data security, compliance, and document retention in the context of content management.
- Proficient in electronic document management systems.
- Experience in organizing, categorizing, and maintaining electronic documents.
- Knowledge of best practices in electronic document control.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance, including but not limited to HIPAA, SOX, PII, PCI, PHI, GDPR, CCPA, etc.
- Proven track record of ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in document management.
- Ability to implement and monitor compliance processes related to document management.
- Expertise in developing and implementing record retention policies.
- Knowledge of document destruction policies and procedures.
- Proactive approach to ensuring compliance with record retention regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement OnBase solutions to meet business requirements.
- Administer OnBase environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
- Customize and configure OnBase workflows, forms, and document types.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective OnBase solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OnBase-related issues.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates and patches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OnBase with other enterprise systems.
- Stay current with OnBase product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for OnBase configurations, customizations, and workflows.
Pay:
- Range: $90,000 – $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
