Senior Developer and Administrator – OnBase Content Management System (On-Premises and Cloud) – 5+ Years Experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Developer and Administrator for the OnBase Content Management System.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with both On-Premises and Cloud-based implementations of OnBase.
  • Proficient in configuring, customizing, and optimizing OnBase workflows and solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in relevant languages, such as C#, VB.NET, or Java.
  • Experience with OnBase integrations and APIs.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the OnBase environment.
  • Familiarity with best practices for data security, compliance, and document retention in the context of content management.
  • Proficient in electronic document management systems.
  • Experience in organizing, categorizing, and maintaining electronic documents.
  • Knowledge of best practices in electronic document control.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance, including but not limited to HIPAA, SOX, PII, PCI, PHI, GDPR, CCPA, etc.
  • Proven track record of ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in document management.
  • Ability to implement and monitor compliance processes related to document management.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing record retention policies.
  • Knowledge of document destruction policies and procedures.
  • Proactive approach to ensuring compliance with record retention regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement OnBase solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Administer OnBase environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
  • Customize and configure OnBase workflows, forms, and document types.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective OnBase solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OnBase-related issues.
  • Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates and patches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OnBase with other enterprise systems.
  • Stay current with OnBase product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for OnBase configurations, customizations, and workflows.

Pay:

  • Range: $90,000 – $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
